Baubaby, I agree with you ... especially like the reference to Carlos as well ... even in his first-round match in Melbourne he was trying hard to come back from 2 sets to love down (but lost this time
) ... I'm sure he still had that hip injury from Sydney (he withdrew after beating Seb. Grosjean there to give himself a better chance of playing Melbourne ... he wasn't moving nearly as well as I've seen (I was there 'live'), but he kept on trying 'til the end of that 5-setter. I remember he also continued against Roger Federer last year too, when suffering shoulder problems (actually think it was the French Open ...?), despite losing to Roger - and Roger paid tribute to Carlos for continuing, saying he was being a REAL champion.
Justine's 'stomach injury' came out of the blue, I think everyone was a bit surprised ... and it was a pity Amelie couldn't win the title 'properly'.
[I'm glad I didn't go to that match 'live', it would've cost me $159 for the ticket! Boo!]
