The bag looks great, Jess. Very young and stylish.
Here is my phone story.
I got an email saying, "Your service has been changed to world wide service. Your bill in December will reflect these changes. You will be charged $120.00. If you did not make these changes, please call us at 1-800-screwU." So I picked up my phone to call. "No Service." wtf? So I contacted the phone company through the internet chat they have set up. Finally after a bunch of trial and error she told me that my sim card was not valid and I had to go to the store and get a new one. WTF? I asked how it could happen that a sim card that had been valid could suddenly become invalid. She wasn't sure. I said that the nearest store was a 2 hour drive away, so I really wanted to know how this happened so I didn't have to do it again. She reiterated that the sim card was not valid and I had to have it replaced. I was now
"Right. But, how did it happen? "
"I'm sorry, ma'am, I don't know."
"Well, how can I prevent it from happening again? "
" I'm not sure, ma'am. Can I help you with anything else?"
"Yes. You can direct me to someone who can tell me how to prevent this from happening again. "
Long pause. " I've filed a case to see if you can have your sim card reactivated."
Double and triple WTF?? I was going to drive to Grand Junction to get a sim card and they could just reactivate it????? Why didn't they do that in the beginning.
Anyway. The phone works and also they said I would get $20 credit. But who knows?
