Novak is still young with some days off so no one is overrating them now but they are vets who can use their experience if there is opportunity

Re: Complaing about our AO draw (not the Ferrero part) thread

Massu in the first round sucks. It's a pretty tough draw.

I don't think he's ever won a round here, though... if he gets to the qtrs I'll be very pleased.

Le Poussin! Faithfully ignoring the haters since 1995.

Le Poulailler de Poussin! (Simontarded.)

Ron Paul for President 2012!

Re: Complaing about our AO draw (not the Ferrero part) thread

He did beat Wawrinka and Moodie in the '05 Qualies. So at least he's won a match on the outside courts.

Massu has only won one match in Melbourne in 6 years.

Lopez might be more scary. He was less-than-terrible at the end of last year. 6-4 Record @ the AO for Lopez.

Ferrero lost 6 of 7 at the end of last year, but you never know when the old dog will play well.

Meh. I will complain later. I am not in the correct spirit for this

Troicki - Djokovic - Del Potro - Kyrgios - Berankis
Cibulkova - Robson - Kirilenko - Azarenka
Retired but always loving Ferrero - Ancic - Kiefer

Re: Complaing about our AO draw (not the Ferrero part) thread

It's quite a decent draw, IMO. Massu, Lopez and Ferrero haven't played yet this year but all 3 were inconsistent and couldn't find much form last year (other than Ferrero's Cincy run). Of course, they might start to play well again but hopefully not. He could have definitely drawn a better 4th round opponent though.

Well I filled out my brackets on TTC's bracket buster thing and I do have Nole making it to Federer.

I have Nadal out to Kendrick though That was my risk

I watched the Adelaide last game. Novak got really pissed when that fan yelled out prior to the break-point second-serve. Perhaps he can summon up some controlled agression for this tournament.

Not in the heat of the midday sun. This is a good thing

Also a good thing, the first time I can remember that Nole hasn't been criticized by Wertheim
