Is it the pollen you are allergic to?

You?
Always nice to chat with friends who - I presume - you had not seen for a while. Are you going back to Ljubljana tomorrow?

I´m having a quiet day today. I´ll work a bit on my thesis today, though I´m really itching to go out

Re: Titiless Nole Chat Part 4

Actually they were te friends I see every day but I won't see this week it was still refreshing to talk about something other than school
My dad has something at work today and we had to change our plans

What do you have to write about? Do it as soon as possible is the best option, but you know that already so...

Of course, school can get tedious after all. And I am sure there are enough thimgs to do in ljublana.

Re: Titiless Nole Chat Part 4

I am allergic to everything here, it seems. That's why I have various kind of allergy med all the year. Dust, pollen, dog hair, etc.

This time of year is mainly pollen. The mesquite and palo verdes trees are all in full bloom! Same for prickly pear cacti.

I took loratadine last night and I felt so bad this morning that I took cetirzitine with decongestion this morning. So now I feel half drunk

I am waiting here for the Russian Olives to be in bloom in a couple of weeks. I love the way they smell. The whole valley is steeped in the aroma because they grow thick along the river and creeks. But -- they are the worst for allergies!

The doctor convinced me to use the netti pot. It's gross. We will see how much it helps when those pesky russian olives bloom.

I dont' take any medication tho. Sometimes some over the counter stuff.

I don't want to take any med but nonstop running nose and sneezing are too much. Add watery eyes too

Lucky for me that I can get by without any. It's not so severe for me as it is for you.

One time I had to fill in for another person up north during the dreaded russian olive season and their trees bloom just as ours are finishing up. My system couldn't take a month long attack. I broke down with a huge sneezing/coughing fit right as I was trying to speak to the judge. Very embarrassing, but what could I do? I just turned my back and recovered as best I could.

That's tough

One year on our trip to Canada, we had to stop at the Walmart in Page and bought a bottle of those eyedrops for allergy eyes. Hubby had tears running so bad that blurred his vision.

Before moving here, I did not have allergy problem this bad, But occassionally, something in the air would trigger my sense and I would nonstop sneezing 10-15 times , my nose and eyes turned red and running. I wondered whether people thought I was a druggie
