I have a Groupon gift card of $25 and when I tried to redeem it two weeks ago, I kept getting invalid code error but I know the gift card is good as it comes with an activation receipt. I contact Groupon and providing them with all information down to the minute the gift card was purchased. For 2 weeks, I had the usual blah blah blah emails. Finally I got fed up and sent them an email yesterday demanding contact info of someone in managerial position in 48 hours and if not, I would contact consumer advocacy groups. Bingo, lest than 24 hours, they put the credit in my account.
