Finally!

The great thing about democracy is that it gives every voter a chance to do something stupid.

Those people should not go on a diet, but simply slowly phase out the bad food. Nothing wrong with the occasional mars. The cholestorol is not too bad I hope?

It's borderline But borderline at 22 is no good

Oh no! In anyway. I don't have any other CV risk, I just have familiar high cholesterol. I just need to be creful with what I eat. The only alarming thing is that if it's border line at 22, it's bound to get way higher as I age.. but that's what statins are for, and until then, they will make even better statins with no side effects.

(Statins are the best meds for high blood cholesterol, they are very good meds, with only a few side effects, one of these is quite complicated but also rare.)

Alright, thanks for the explanation. Glad that it is manageable So how does it get diagnosed? Did you go for a routine check up one day and did they find it there, out of the blue so to say?

Cheeky wink BTW

Regular blood analysis. Cholesterol is the fat in your blood basically. So it depends on how much fat you eat but on your liver metabolism as well. Mine seems to be pretty bad.

The only bad thing about this is that it increases your Cardiovascular risk. That is as you age, and especially for women after menopause, you have higher risk of having a heart attach, a stroke or other bad stuff.

I was actually more worried about having gained almost 2 kgs.

I think I scared you too much with the cholesterol thing, it's not a big deal. I don't have to diet because of it, since normally I willingly eat pretty healthy. As long as I don't eat a lot of fried food or fatty food, that's the only thing I try to avoid. But I do it naturally. The diet really was only for the weight.

54 minutes for The first set. That was the exact time for the Tsonga match
