I may do my residency here and then by the time I am 30 (when I am done ) if I am free from any responsibilities just give Scandinavia a try

Sweden or Norway. Ideally Stockholm but everyone wants to go there

I come back to Portugal for summer.

seriously, I am kind of limited, no? Swiss and Germany the people not really. Scandinavia the weather. Outside Europe it's too difficult.
