I have to shed 20 lbs before summer
I want to lose 15 pounds myself
So far I am making little changes to my diet and I will start exercising soon. I have given up bagels with cream cheese for flatbreads with egg whites and turkey sausage. Bagels
I am eating salads for lunch, and getting my coffee with skim milk *sigh*.
Next week is crazy with work, but I hope to start going to the gym.
I'm giving myself til October to lose this weight
