Omg. Even when I was a teen-ager/young 20 there was no way I could sleep until 2:30 or even 1:30.

I could stay in bed until noon, but I was reading in bed.

Even if I stayed up til 4am I couldn't sleep like that.

I rarely sleep until that late nowadays, latest I sleep recently is between 12pm and 1pm on my days off from University during the week, because I have nothing to do and want the rest. Strangely I'm up earlier on weekends, than I am on these days, even if I have nothing to do. I slept from 5am until 10am this morning, but for me 5 hours sleep is sufficient.

I don't do it very often, although to bw honest, I could very well do it once every week, on Saturdays. I slept a total of 12 hours or so. And I needed it, because last two nights I slept 5 hours each or so.

But people have very different sleep patterns. I woke up at 11am, but fell asleep again. Could have got out of bed, but it was so warm and comfortable, and I had no duties... I let myself fall asleep again!

When are you heading to Russia? And is this for school or vacation? I seem to remember the former but bear with me; the brain is quite full these days. Man you'd not believe the wind howling outside. Hubs went outside to shovel a bit and it think he is wasting his time at the moment.

4week internship and then a month of travel. I have been reading terrible stuff about Russian pubic hospitals, so I am probably going to learn a lot! like back to basics medicine!

Excellent-make sure you learn a lot! I did a lot as a medical student as well- credit to inner city hospitals
How will you communicate with patients?

World used language: gestures. well, I will always be accompanied either by a tutor or a fellow Russian med student.

It's going to be on well of an adventure. Russians generally do not speak English. But this is exactly the type of immersion and challenge I was looking for!

I think it's unusual for girls to do it often, and it's definitely a habit that I'd associate with boys. I guess they're just lazier in general, though.
