I had an excellent thing happen to me the other day. You see, last Thursday after work I went to Starbucks and reloaded my gift card that I use to pay with and put $50 on it. The cashier messed up and rang it up that I paid with cash, but I used the credit card. She told her manager, and he told her, "Just ring it again, and I will cancel the first transaction later". So she loaded my card AGAIN with another $50 The manager said it would show for a couple hours but then disappear.

Well you see, this extra $50 has not disappeared A week later and it is still there The guy never cancelled the first transaction. So Starbucks has provided me with an extra $50 on my gift card at no cost to myself Merry Christmas to me
Apparently Starbucks UK are going to start paying tax from now on. How very courteous of them.

Hopefully he does still think defence needs to be on it's best form of all season

Perhaps but risking him if he's not fully match fit could backfire. I wish Kagawa wasn't injured.

Soccer

Pretty sure the Red Mancs will win, though.

i'm dreading United's defence against City's attack on Sunday

on the good side, City are not great defending either

someone could win 6-5

City's defence is great. Kompany and Nastasic FTW!

not this year

i mean against half the prem'ship teams they can keep clean sheets but against good teams = awful

they should have lost 30+ goals in that ch.L group

if United's winger's can play well ...

They still have the best defence in the league, imo. Nobody's particularly brilliant at it this year, but I think City do the best job. Their full-backs are woeful, though. Maicon and Kolarov.
