Thanks for the concern, but it's not that easy, otherwise I would have done it by now.
Besides, I've got a headache right now, too, so counting is not an option.
That headache excuse is weak. I have insomnia so I know all the tricks and I know sometimes none of them work. The worst thing in my opinion is to take a nap after a night of insomnia. It keeps the cycle going. I LOVE to sleep. So I do all I can for that to happen. But to have a chance for it to happen, I know I have to recline, shut my eyes, relax, and lie still. If that doesn't work after 15 minutes to an hour, I reach in to my big bag of tricks.
