Well, I hope it's nothing serious...it looks like depigmentation ...vitiligo, or whatever it's called.

Nah, vitiligo no :3, I see it as a common beach fungus O.o I used to get that when I was younger and went to the beach/pool, annoying, but not serious, but then again, who knows

Yeah, I agree, it might be vitiligo, looks like some kind of depigmentation anyway. Hope he's applying lot's of sunscreen(because he's always in the sun). It says you have to be very careful with the affected areas in strong sun, very susceptible to sunburn and possibly you're more at risk of skin cancer down the line. Unfortunately there's no cure for this, just treatment. I hope it's just a mild case

It's on the other arm too, you can see 4 spots clearly here:

And on the right side of his neck here, just above the collar:

Re: Pictures of Novak Djokovic, ATP #1 player

I've seen his press conference...and I think it's visible on the other hand too...I never noticed anything similar till today.
Can sweat make that kind of skin reaction? Or water like Satine has mentioned? I hope it's not vitiligo...because it can be very ugly.

Vitiligo causes loss of skin colour and skin appears white. Nole's spots are somewhat round and paler(not white) than his skin colour. Condition resembles Tinea versicolor caused by yeast. Here is the explanation:http://www.aad.org/skin-conditions/d...nea-versicolor

Although, I may be totally wrong. But it's definitely not Vitiligo(Or so I hope).

I noticed it for the first time in Montreal. It seems to get more visible.

Some vilitigo is very severe and results in huge white patches over areas but there are different degrees of it. This is also an example of someone with vilitigo and their spots are kind of similar to Nole's, just a bit worse maybe and on the face. I'm not great on the colours, the one Sasha posted looks similar to this to me but I'm not sure, maybe this person's spots are a bit whiter...

Good finds Hana. Back of the neck too, he really has a lot of it And like the MRI, he probably hasn't gone to a doctor about it yet with all his training and matches...

That's kind of what I was referring to, It can be caused by sweat, heat, or water, I used to go a lot to the beach/pool when I was around 12-15 and I got that from time to time... since I don't go anymore, I don't have it, I didn't have that many spots, just a couple in my arms/legs, but then they got away, it happened to me mostly during summer, on extremely hot weather. I hope everything's ok with Nole's precious, beautiful, smooth skin /hold me

I was telling Silvina, that we, his fans, are kinda like his mom sometimes

"NOLE GO TO THE DOCTOR"
"NOLE DON'T EAT THAT"
"NOLE YOU NEED TO GET SOME SLEEP"
"NOLE GO GET YOU SHOULDER CHECKED"
"NOLE JUST PUT ON SOME SUNSCREEN"
"NOLE WHY ARE YOU SO SKINNY"

oh, we love him so much

Who here wants to come with me to put on some sunscreen on Nole?

But somebody from the team/family must have noticed it, no? These things shouldn't be taken lightly.

I don't think it's anything important, might be some skin allergy.

Re: Pictures of Novak Djokovic, ATP #1 player

If it is vilitigo, there is really nothing he can do. Most available treatments are time consuming and he hardly stayed in one place long enough. The topical cream that you can apply to the white patches contains steroid so that is out of question.

If I'm not wrong, vilitigo is a genetic disease, which means he should have it since childhood.

No. My cousin's son had vitiligo and it started around Nole's age too. And nobody else in his family has this.
