Ajde Nole! Play freely!

Tennis Channel has full coverage and it doesn't start to 7 am so no getting up for me!

Hope the draw if favorable.

Also---Congrats to Raquel for her first thread!

Ajde!!
Let's forget about defending title. Just do your game freely.

Ajde Nole! There will be no concerns for defending titles or fending off someone called Murray, this week will be about great form and enjoyment on the court okay? That's what we want and nothing more

Even though I am not really posting here anymore, I just wanted to say that my love and support of Novak will never change, and I wish him the best of luck in Rome and always.

Nice title for our thread! Great job arm!
Nice title for our player! Hopefully!
Now, throw Andy Murray to the back of your mind, try your best to meet Rafa again (no matter which side of the draw you're in) and have another try on Rafa! Eye the #2 spot in the race, yesssss!

The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

Ajde Nole!!!!! Once again, you win, we you; you lose in the first round, we you.

Someone posted this on Novak's official site:

"If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same"

Believe in yourself, Novak.
That's all I ask of you.

2011 & 2015 US Open.
2011, 2014 & 2015 Wimbledon.
2008, 2011 - 2013, 2015 Australian Open.

Why is the race more important then the actual rankings

The race is how the player is doing this year alone. It is often more important to the players since each season is a new season. But, the rankings are what most people, especially the general media talk about. And the two usually do sync up by the end of the year. Also, it used to be what the Masters Cup was based upon, which made it even more important to the players, but I believe the ATP isn't using it anymore. Not sure though.
