We sometimes put a spoon of sodium bicarbonate...not sure why, I think for the same reason. And I don't remember that we put parsley in it...anyway..you can make them...the way you like it...it doesn't have to be hot...
You can eat them with mustard ...french fries on a side...

I think I counted 58 there... that means 8 per capita, which is nothing
And you don't have to use lamb, most of the people here use pork/beef
And likely Srdjan and Djole were there too
So probably there were not enough
