The "Marian Vajda deserves his thread" thread

Nole had 5:5 and 40:0 and he lost eight points in a row. At that moment we saw his coach who clapping and cheering with his fist for Novak. Everybody knows what happened after that. I can only imagine Gilbert`s reaction if Murray would do something like that (you stupid idiot or moron).

And Nole improves his game thanks to his coach... So Marian

Re: Marian Wajda deserves his thread

I read from his lips...besides other words..."mozes" - or you can do it.
I would say that his fitness coach Ronen Bega is deserving special mention too. Mark too...so to all the guys in Novak's team

The Djokoteam rock, but the slur on Gilbert was uncalled for.

Yeah, you`re right, sorry.

I just wanted to say that it seems he is more than Nole`s coach and I like the fact that I never heard him giving interview, Nole`s results says enough.

I can see that too. They seem to have a close relationship

Their pairing really seems to work because you'd have to be a certain kind of coach to put up with Nole I think Vajda has a healthy sense of humor himself (thinking of the belly dancer pictures) so I think they can have fun together while doing serious training... if you know what I mean. It's a relaxing atmosphere so Nole can really focus on doing his best

Troicki - Djokovic - Del Potro - Kyrgios - Berankis
Cibulkova - Robson - Kirilenko - Azarenka
Retired but always loving Ferrero - Ancic - Kiefer

If he ever left Vajda I would cry.
At the AO Vajda and him would sit together on his days off supporting Janko and Ilija, chatting and laughing. They really do seem close.

Re: Marian Wajda deserves his thread

I can't picture Nole having this sort of success if he was still with Piatti. Besides the fact that Piatti is a creepy creepy man.

So Vajdaaaa we love you (Even if you think I'm a complete nutcase. Yes, I see the way you look at me when I am watching Nole practice )

Vajda He seems like a cool guy, and I'm sure he must have a great sense of humor to hang with Nole on a daily basis.

Cheering for my boys Nole, Rafa, JCF, Delic, Baggy, the Bryans
and my girls Ana and Jelena

Re: Marian Wajda deserves his thread

Vajda is a genious. I think he got the absolute maximum out of Hrbaty. Most coaching relationships don't go on forever, but I hope Nole and Marian can go on for a few years more.

Brad Gilbert is a douche. I wouldn't wish my least favorite player to be coached by him. I hope Murray never gets injured again. Gilbert doing analysis on ESPN during Wimbledon was intolerable.

Anyone who would do this (Vajda, second from left) definitely does
