That's right, I agree with you about capdeville but as for montcourt he can be very good on clay and stephane beat him twice this year on this surface!
Other good performances, I'd say when stephane beat thoman, carraz, labadze and especially waske on indoor hard!!!
Michael Russell [USA, 6] vs. Lars Burgsmüller [GER]
Harel Levy [ISR] vs. Leonardo Mayer [ARG]
Rogerio Dutra Silva [BRA] vs. Paul Baccanello [AUS]
Stéphane Bohli [SUI] vs. Jean-Christophe Faurel [FRA, 31]
I hope and think he should get through the first 2 rounds but the last one probably against russell (keeping in mind his last run to the challenger title in noumea) makes me think I won't get to watch steph on tv next week!
After losing in the 1st round of the durban challenger to i. minar 6-4 6-2, bohli got to the doubles final with okun where they lost 6-4 6-2 to de voest/meffert!
Shame they lost in the final but still a good performance for steph this week. This will give him many doubles points!!!
since the australian open, steph had lost ervery singles match he played, in durban, davis cup (2 matchs), besançon and cherbourg qualies and dropped to ATP 284. But he has just reached the semis of the kyoto challenger (25'000 DS) and lost only 7-6(5) in the 3 rd set against suzuki. Apparently, steph is again on the right track.
Next week he'll play the ho chi minh city challenger (50'000 DS) in vietnam. I hope he'll do well again there!
R1: Bohli d. Jeong 46 61 64
R2: Bohli d. Soeda (ATP Nr. 116) 63 64
Good results. Now against Chiudinelli!
