LONDON - The Chilean Christian Garin, seeded seventh, was eliminated in the third round of Wimbledon Junior to leave in his match against German Maximilian Marterer as he fell 6-3, 3-2.
"Bad luck today. Apparently I fell and I have inflamed Achilles' heel," said Garin, who came to be champion of Roland Garros Jr., in his account of twitter .
"To recover that much more year," added the Chilean, the only South American player to reach the second round in the men in juniors.
