Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Must say I'm GLAD to see this result
He cruised through the 1st set but then the 2nd was a breakfest and I had to leave at work with an uneasy feeling (fortunately he just got it to 4-4 again before I had to turn the computer off )

GOOD to see he kept fighting and pulled it off!!

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Marrero was too solid on serve for Lucho who lost 6-2 6-4. I can't get a gauge on the match, when I was only following the scoreboard. Marrero was an excellent 4/6 on break points.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Lucho and Cuevas won 2 and 2 to make the final, but doubles success is small change.

Lucho and Cuevas lost 7-6 6-2 to RRH/Ventura in the final.

He is playing Napoli and this is his section for now.

HORNA, Luis PER vs. OUAHAB, Lamine ALG
PETRAZZUOLO, Giancarlo ITA vs. DANIEL, Marcos BRA

Lucho is up against Ouahab before rain suspended play. He should have won this match already. He was up a break in the 1st set and served for it, but lost 6-7(5), then now leads 6-2 *3-2 15-0 before play was stopped.

I only had the SB (and gotta love the fact that at my work this changes about once every 5min ) but it looked like a strange match. No idea how he was playing since he kept being broken and breaking back again.
2nd set looked ok but in the 3rd he was leading 3-0 when Ouahab got it back to 2-3

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Lucho won the last 6-4 and didn't do it the easy way.

Time to play Markito Daniel.

Lucho retired after losing serve at 4-2 in the 1st set, hope it's nothing serious.

I found this link. Looks like he had problems with his stomach.
Well, I hope it only is indigestion and this always is better then an injury.
Get well soon Luchoman!

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Hope it was a bug and not a stomach muscle problem.
