Thanks SO MUCH Reiko!!

I particularly liked the part when he talks about the "clic" that came with the Bryans match

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Thanks for the links and glad he can have some time at home to enjoy the moment among the people.

Started off as a bit of the laugh, then the punchline was they won the title. It's nice and all, but now time to focus on rebuilding the singles career.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Lucho has never won a match at Wimbledon before and I doubt that will change this year, but still I'm going to Wimbledon on Monday so hopefully I'll get an opportunity to see him live (for the first time since Toronto 2004) as he shows the spectators how grass court tennis really should be played.

it is true, and the story remains the same,
Today Luis Horna lost, for a Latin player is difficult to have a good performance on this surface, most are more comfortable playing on red clay maybe in the next tournaments, Luis can improve ..

Lucho well hope his holiday has been fun.

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

I only saw parts of Lucho's match yesterday. To be fair to him he did play very well in that tight 1st set, but once he lost that he looked deflated, Karanusic grew in confidence, and there was only going to be one outcome. Ah well at least from his point of view the yucky, grass court season is over.

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

And of course I forgot to mention Lucho's temper, which was visible for all to see yesterday. I feel sorry for his rackets and the Wimbledon groundsmen

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Did he cause any divets on the court? I wonder if he will stay in Europe or go back to Peru, then come over for Gstaad.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Sorry about not replying sooner.
Lucho didn't leave any noticeable imprints in the grass, despite repeatedly sending his racket crashing into it. I also lost count of the number of line calls that he questioned. He's a really funny guy
