Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Belluci has his match under control.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

It would be almost a miracle if no-one withdraw from the MD. Keeping our fingers crossed...

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Lucho Hope he gets in as a LL...

Tsonga withdrew from Casablanca. Not a good thing at all and I hope he's ok, but it could be good for Lucho.

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

there are 18 places for qualifiers...
Lucho is the first ranked from the players that lost today. He should be awarded the 17th place,
but according to some commments on the atperu.org Peruvian Tennis Forum, they are going to raffle the the 17th and 18th spots?
Chino Miranda (the other Peruvian player) has just said that...
Apparently the rules have changed?
Anybody knows?

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

What happens is that Haas and Grosjean have withdrawn.

The top 4 losers in qualies that would be Lucho, Korolev, de Voest and Ramirez Hidalgo will be placed in a lot and then 2 names are drawn out.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

That's a huge bandage below the right knee. Does that explain Lucho's defeat today?

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

No, he didn't convert 3 bp chances at 2-2 in the 1st set and then lost his serve.

He injured his calf against Starace in Hamburg.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Lucho missed out on the first LL spot, but there will be others.

Tough luck! Andujar and DEcoud are in...
Lucho is not...
The 16 losers entered the draw, not only the top 4

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

They changed the rules to include all of them. Last year it was the top 4.

There will be still withdrawals.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
