Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucho 6-4 6-1

Good that he taught that show pony how to play and fight, great stuff and puts me in a good mood for the night.

Even better I have this one taped.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Vamos . This is the first time that Lucho has reached the 2nd round of an AMS event since Miami 2007, and the first time that he has reached the 2nd round at Rome since 2005.
It was good to see him well and truly kicking the world no. 9's ass, and stringing his 3rd consecutive victory together. Gasquet played as if he had no strings in his racket and was stoned on pot, but I have no qualms with him playing that way against one of my faves.
Either Chucho (hopefully), or Dima await Lucho in the 2nd round.

Lucho

Good luck in the next round.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Good luck in the next round against Chucho or Tursunov.

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Lucho's 2nd round opponent will be Chucho.
They haven't played each other since the 1st round of the US Open in 2005. Chucho leads the head to head 7-2, has won their last 6 matches, and has won all 5 of their ATP level matches.
I like both of these players but I'll be firmly rooted for Lucho there.

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

If Chucho has a poor serving day, this is how Lucho will win.

Lucho has registered back to back maindraw victories at an AMS event for the first time since Cincy 2005. What a legend .
He will face Thunder Lips in the 3rd round.
Too bad for Chucho. He is still the epitomy of cool
