Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

No problem about that, he did well this time around, though the 3rd round was a bit disappointing in the way he lost.

I have some match reports and I will paste them if anyone is interested.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Horna played like a warrior in the DC tie against Brazil this weekend. He beat both Brazilian singles players (Saretta and Mello) and gave Kuerten and Sá a hard time in the doubles rubber. He was definitely the best player of the tie.

But of course, Brazil seized the advantage of having four eligible players against two, and deservingly went on to win the tie.

Good luck to Horna in what's left of this season.

It is only because Pablo Cuevas hasn't switched to Peruvian yet, dear Renato.

Saretta still sees Cuevas in his nightmares, I think.

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Lucho has made it to the quarters in Acapulco and this is the first time since the Aus Open that he has won 2 matches in a row and he really should be beating Cheech Marin and it will be tough for him to beat Calleri.

Lucho is continuing his excellent run at this event by winning 6-4 6-3 over Calleri and Acapulco was the last time they played and Lucho won that.

Sure one of my faves had to be knocked out, but good luck in the semis against Gaudio.

The basis of the article says Horna kept up his very good level during the week and served very well and was very good from the baseline and moving well and kept the pressure on Calleri

Calleri was having problems with his serve and made too many unforced errors.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
