Impressive.
He's playing exceptionally... pity he was against my two favorites.

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Good wins so far Lucho, but there is still plenty more to be done.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

You are right, but if Lucho keeps this level, he has a true possibility to win this tournament.

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

isn't it already time for Lucho to have his own message board ? don't you think guys? I mean, he more than deserves it!
Who would be in charge of doing it? is it you GeorgeWHitler, as Forum Umpire?

Re: Luis Horna's Power Room!!!!

Lucho played great and served better. Playing like this, he will be very hard to stop.

And he said that his physical condition is what is making him get these results. And it really showed in this match.

Cañas on the other side, gave everything he had even with the cramps and the exhaustion and he got his deserved standing ovation at the end of the match.

Congrats Lucho.

Monaco is playing very well, so I hope we have a good match tomorrow.

How is Lucho's backhand? If he is hitting that well and not dumping them into the bottom of the net, then it's a good sing.

Mastelli wanted Lucho to lose some weight and get stronger and so far so good and Cañas was brave as always and now for another Argentine in Monaco, hope he can continue it.

He is being very solid on both wings. Of course he is making much more damage with his forehand.

But what amazed me tonight was his serve. I think he was above 80% of 1st serves.

He was serving like that against Massu in the Viña final. He has an underrated serve and very good kick on it and he can use it to get people out of position, then use his forehand to dominate.

the key for Lucho are the backhand and the return of service for me.
