He was playing doubles today and they lost . Nico is still exhausted and I think they are not a great double team atm. Nico says he was playing today because it was important for Arno. After i saw the match saturday i don't think Arno is as poor to win only 3 match in 6 months in doubles so surely a problems to play with differents partner or an injured Nico. Pity he's not healthy for him and for their team.

After the doubles Arno went in stands to watch Adrian losing to Paulo and on WLT they report some words of Arno http://www.welovetennis.fr/open-de-moselle/27650-quelques-mots-avec-arnaud-clement. He says that he doesn't know Lacko but he wants to be focus on himself trying to be fit. He says that he doesn't think partnering Mika in the next weeks and says that everything is OK with Nico. Well I'm not convinced by his last answer  They all always losing  . For Tomorrow no streaming but Arno will surely need to serve better than he did Saturday.

46/26 in one hour

I read in the livescore thread that in first set he was 4-1 up starting with 3 loves services games  Then he surely had a collapse  as when I open my scoreboard he was 3-0 down in the second set and then 4-0. lost 9 games in a row that's a big black out . Big loss this one even without any expectations for this tournament. Now he has some days to recover and we'll see in the next challengers if the good days have totally left him or he just need the energy back after the USO and the DC  He has 10 days before Mons. I assume some days off after leaving Metz.

I've just read the news...he's still on his cloud and his mind still is in Lyon ;)
He made great effort the last week-end, and I prefer a million times he lost at first round against an unknown player than against the argentinians of course. I forgive him

I agree, I'm not convinced by the team arnaud/nico in double, but they've still not understood arnaud/nico, mika/bennet is a mistake !
Plz, guys, go back to arnaud/mika, nico/mahut, that's the best pairs !
(ok, mika/bennet is not bad at all but Mika can play with lots of players, it's not the case of 3 others players)

I think he was mentally burn out but when i read that he started so well it's surprising but we'll see next weeks hoping good draw.

Nico repeats again in the interview in grand chelem hat it had been tough for him to stop playing with Bennet indeed everybody was sad  Nico and Arno does't enter all the tournament with their ranking they will not continue ton play a long time on the main tour if they doesn't win points.

In the post match conference available on WLT Arno explains that he didn't have the energy today. He was OK after that loss as he hopes it's an accident. He has many points to defend so he will try to stay in the positiv way of USO. He has no expectations for DC final as he feels like an alternates who was only here because of Injury. He was in a hurry at the end of he conference cos he wants to take the last TGV.

No elbow protection and he stops the awful lacoste shirt :D

As said above the part where Nico speaks about doubles i found that funny that they lived exactly the same thing Everything started in Marseille this year for both  Arno and Nico is the association of dumped boys

I like their (arnaud/nico) sense of friendship, they're so sane/naive, that's so rare, especially in professionnal sport.
mika and bennet are more "terre à terre".

he lost first set in the tie-break after leading it 4-2  he struggles on each service games and has not exist on Dancevic good serve except at 4-5* when he broke back. That's look tough because of Dancevic or because Arno's off tennis

#14 ·
A mix of both I guess LOL

#17 ·
25 i two sets  with only 2 DF with the service winners he must have it almost 50 free points on serve . Arno needed one set to read Dancevic serve from 4-5-* in first set it has been better on returns but Arno didn't make the hold-up in the the tie-break and was broken early in second set which give confidence to the canadian.

67(6)/36 We can't say that he was deserving first set but his stats on tie-break are amazing

During that second set much better on returns with some BP opportunities to come back but it has not been enough. Dancevic serves many aces 25 for 2 DF and we don't have the service winners  so when he breaks that's a big option. Pity Arno started badly many game 00-40 few times. I know that's was not a good draw so true that when the guy in front of you won so much free on serve that's tough.

As he said he has lot of points to defend and he starts the indoor season by two losses not very promissing and next field are not easy either. After the up come back to the down:confused: In the interview he gave he was looking tired by the season and wanted to save what he could save to finish not too far. Then starting 2011 with qualies he's not great but it remains tournaments to gain some points.

Romain Jouan is at home (bretagne) he'll be very motived. So, all is possible, as usually with arnaud ;)

#23 ·
he won winning a tie-break   I saw the end and well not great many UE but he won . He was concentrated as he said in post-match interview on court. He made the effort in the head even if the game was not fabulous apparently he found his first serve when he need it.

it's to help you to practice your french :). What he says he's almost the same he said in the past whe had lately taht we can sum up by every player is dangerous, it's more tough physically for him so more tough to keep his level, his spot in DC was due to the injury of the other guy.
