Grass season 2008

So the grass season.

Firstly Surbiton.

He gets the young Golubev at first round. This one one got some good results this year but on grass I know nothing about him ? Not a bad player.

Anyway at that time Arnaud can loose against everybody

Good luck, 225 points to defend

Arnaud also plays double with Roger-Vasselin. First round against Petzschner / Stadler

Normally he plays tomorrow but it seems on an outdoor acrylic court

Re: Grass season 2008

So we still have high hopes for Arnaud? Allez!

Golubev prefers fast surfaces but he's got a good season even on clay so far - so he seems to be in form. But if Arnaud really wants to defend his points he should beat such guys without troubles.

Two French ultimate losers of the year

Outdoor hard instead of grass? That's too confusing. Normally if there are bad conditions outdoors they just move it indoors or reschedule for the other day. What's so wrong with their grass?

Normally he should beat this guy but with his awful last match we know that everything is possible but the guy who played against the Bryans 2 months ago exists. He must just find him again.

Someone had all explained in Challengers forum : courts are not really covered and so they are wet even when it's not raining.

And it's in an other place : anyway not a good train on grass

A match is a match. Step by step...

Don't forget he was beaten in RG by the future SEMI FINALIST lol

A report in the challenger forum :

Always problems with his serve. Maybe better today?

Re: Grass season 2008

He played 3 matches today

He won 6-2 / 7-5 against Bopanna and will play against his double's partner Roger-Vasselin next round.

They won 6-2 / 7-5 against Petzschner/Stadler and 6-4 / 6-3 against Bubka/Stavkovsky

They will play semi-final against Feeney/Smeets

If weather permitting, grass tomorrow.
