Would you be more optimistic if he got Davydenko?
Sure Becker's victory over Davydenko means something but in general I'd say getting Bjorkman for the 1st and Becker for the 2nd round is a perfect draw

Kezzi, thanks for the fantastic report! You surely weren't wasting your time Sorry about Bruno's absence though That's incredible you could ask Arnaud about his relationship with ballkids

To be honest yes

Davydenko doesn't know how play on grass.

We saw three very impressive points of Arnaud on Canal +

WOW most chocking news of the year
Not a wonderful performance but he could have lost it so he deserves a little well done

Some words of Arnaud on Eurosport website :

Quote:
Quote:
"I just live a difficult period. I hope that's i'm going away. It feels good. That's what I love in Tennis : good fight. My priority number one is the Olympics Games in Doubles "
Tomorrow Gil/Norman will play against qualifiers so it means official withdrawl !

If they play OG in doubles, they maybe should win some matches lol none since 3 months for the team

Re: Grass season 2008

Goatee is back

Audio's interview http://www.fft.fr/wimbledon/2008/?id=3816
It's so good to hear him, happy voice of the happy days, and his comments sound good, he's glad to have to play on his favorite surfaces until the end of the year, grass then hard... he thinks he can play well now, and the OG is his main goal, it's gonna be very hard, but to get a medal is a big dream, and the OG are just a dream for him.
All is ok. I like "Je sais pas pour la suite du tournoi mais aujourd'hui en tout cas...je sais que je peux bien jouer au tennis encore !LOL". This sentence summarizes his feelings.
"Today, I know I still can play well in tennis ! lol". He needed to prove himself he's able to win a match. lol

well... didn't he give her the standard excuse (that he must have given himself, and his mum, millions of times)

that's why someone like me should never ask, cos he could tell the sarcasm in my tone! lol

poor guy he's pinning his dream this year on a tournament that he still isn't confirmed to play!

it's a pity the defending champions have to withdraw. now where can they get the big match practice before OG?

finally yeah it's great that arnaud did send bjorkman off... otherwise someone should wonder who really should be retiring! yes higherlaw most fans already know bjorkman had announced retirement, before the match.

Re: Grass season 2008

So it's a win vs Becker 76 76 63. He'll play Melzer who won in five sets vs Levine.

All in all, he's had a pretty good draw and the pressure is off for doubles.
