Re: ~*The Australian Summer*~

Beating Berdych today could be one of his best results. He was the last person to beat him as tomas hasn't lost a match since! I feel confident he can do it. He knew he would beat lorenzi, he just thought it would be easier than it turned out to be. He said afterwards he played about "three out of ten", but he expected to be able to beat him at one! As Andy said he will need and eight or nine effort, but i feel he can do it. I think tomas is overrated. Come on Andy!

So good to have tennis back; can't wait for the aussie open!!!

Yes, whatever DID happen in that 3rd set? No doubt there will be reports galore a little later.

Meanwhile, the Murray-bashers will have a field day. . .

Re: ~*The Australian Summer*~

Andy will play Kenneth Carlsen of Denmark (whos just 2 below him) in the first round of the tournament in Auckland this week. If he gets through, he could get Ancic in the second round.

Re: ~*The Australian Summer*~

Andy should beat this guy, and ancic is very unpredictable of late if he can make it through. Would be a good test for him: mario's natural style would suit andy's game. I think andy secretlly fancies his chances here, and i think he will do very well.

Let's hope for a good start.

C'mom!!!
