Re: ~*The Australian Summer*~

I can't see Andy passing the quarterfinals. Berdych in round 2 could be the early end.

Good luck Andy in all the Australian tournaments

Berdych will be tough if they meet in round 2. Andy beat him in Basel but neither played very well that day. And if he played Lleyton in the QF, I wouldn't know who to support!

Re: ~*The Australian Summer*~

Tend to agree that berdych will be a formidable test; although i would actually expect Andy to beat him again. Having said that Calleri for berdych in round one could be a very tricky opponent. Still its the start to an exciting year for andy and all us fans - i am just looking forward to all the tennis this week!

Good luck Andy.

Just checked the OOP and it appears Andy won't play until Tuesday.

Good Luck Andy

Re: ~*The Australian Summer*~

Andy won 3-6 6-0 6-2 Nice come back in the last two sets, he must have been on fire. Next up Thomas, that should be a toughy. Both were pushed to 3 sets.

Re: ~*The Australian Summer*~

I was surprised that Andy lost the first set, but I suppose Lorenzi was match-tight after 3 qualifying matches while Andy hasn't played competitively for weeks.

Yet another tournament where Andy does not lose in the first round! I make it 17 in a row!
