Re: M.Muzza.M Chat

Murray has blown leads left and right this year

3-0 in the 3rd vs Raonic at Miami, 3-0 in 2nd set in Dohar vs Mayer, 4-0 vs Federer in the 2nd set, 3-0 3rd set vs. Tsonga, 4-2 3rd set vs Nadal in Rome

Typical antics all came out in this match: faking injuries, grimacing and cursing, trying to peg Fed, trying to start drama, undeserved final based on an exhausted old man and a joke draw.

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned....

I don't think I have ever seen him melt down quite that spectacularly. Giving up a break lead, okay, but being broken three times after being a double break up? Cilic would be so proud.

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat

right, the dream is on, Nadal out, Murray will take this

probably 6-0, 6-0, 6-7(0) 0-6, 6-0 in the final vs. Fed

put your house on it

Will do. I always liked playing house in a cardboard box as a kid.. Now I'll be able to re-live it.

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat

Getting a QF seed with Nadal's exit doesn't seem to have done him any good...

Worst QF opponent possible and arguably worst 4R opponent too, not to mention potentially tricky customers like Verdasco and Stepanek in the early rounds .

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat

It really is a putrid draw. If we were to design the worst possible, it wouldn't be too far away from that. However, a bunch of the projected opponents will probably go out, like usual.

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat

I have a sneaking suspicion Andy won't get far enough for his horrible draw to matter.

This.

I'm half expecting a R2 exit to Stepanek (losing one set after being 6-0 up in a TB of course).

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat

I think he should get at least as far as Tsonga, but I can see another RG scenario developing, where routine matches are turning into 4 and 5 setters and damaging any chance of going really deep.

Can't count on anything much though nowadays, quite sad that it's looking like such an arduous task just to get to the QF..

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat

I didn't see today's match b/c I was at work, but it sounded like Murray had major cramping(among other) issues. I can't understand this.. I see him going out in the next round or two.

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat

....A TOP 10 WIN!

Loved that. Hope that he gives a tough, competitive match to Djokovic even if he loses.
