Re: Modest Muzza Mania chat - GS winner edition

I hate the fact that Andy isn't playing Bangkok. I miss him.

Me too! He had a bit of a cakewalk last year but it was fun to see him back there.

Yes I remember that Asian Swing and Andy saying he wanted the Number #3 ranking and he got it Only to lose it at the end of the year when he got an injury

Bangkok was where he reached his first final in 2005 and I think last year was the first time he'd been back since 2006

Nice little compilation of Andy's career thus far in pics

There should have been one more pic added to the end of it, showing his tree trunk thighs with the words "this is only the beginning"

So someone recently informed me that my sig was empty. Said I needed a life affirming motivational quote by a positive role model like Einstein or Oscar Wilde...

Here's a tip. Don't regret nothin'. You ain't got the time. Before you know it, you'll be 60 something years old giving free advice to some cheapskate runt... Then going home and regretting it.

Remember this match as if it were yesterday.. was either 64 75 or 75 64 Fed's way. It was probably the first time I felt confident he could compete and eventually dominate the Swiss cheese

Worst decision of the year not to vulture the 250 points in Bangkok.

Yo, don't listen to your heart or brain Johan, you're a closet Murray fan really. I'm a closet Gasquet fan, but would never admit that..

He has definitely been reading GM. Didn't want to get mentioned in the same group as Monaco

Yeah it was something like 63 75.

I think for me it probably came when he beat Federer in Cincy in 06. Nadal was the only other player to beat him that year and it was like...okay...he could be very good...
