Re: M.Muzza.M Chat - Banishing the rust in Brisbane

Happy New Year to my fellow Murray fans!

And I know you are all, "Bitch you late" but not true. The entire planet is just early.

Nice to see Andy in a final. While I do like Dimi I want Andy to defend this title. Good luck!

One love. One Slam. One Gold. One OBE. One Andrew Murray.
I can't be like that! People keep telling me I can't like so many players, but I do! However, I must admit that Andrew Murray OBE is #1 with me. He may not be #1 in the Rankings, but he is now #1 in my heart

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat - Banishing the rust in Brisbane

Murray hasn't impressed much this week but I trust him to play well when he needs to and in particular peak for the slams as he's been doing. Hopefully with the weight of the slam off his shoulders he'll play better in the Masters as well and give him a chance at No.1.

His serving has been good this week with 71%, 65% and 70% 1st serves in while still hitting 15 aces.

There is no need for him to play his best tennis against these guys. He'll save his best for the later rounds at AO, he knows what he is doing this Slamray.

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat - Banishing the rust in Brisbane

Andy won!!!!! But from what I caught on live stream Dimi is a star in the making right now! Our TV scheduled the women playing in Brisbane, but not the men! They were showing the men in Doha! I don't know who makes these decisions and I don't know why I keep forgetting the living streaming. That one was of the reason I wanted a computer in the first place!

Anyone know who he dedicated his win to? He seemed to be holding back tears as he said "this is for you, I know you'll pull through it".

My question as well

He sounded like he was going to break down. This must be what the fingers to the sky were about last year.

Also, Dimi played amazing in his first final, Murray found his top gear for parts and won.

and Gasquet won a title yesterday against a resurgent Davy. Great week of tennis

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat - Banishing the rust in Brisbane

Was he actually NEVER asked about the meaning behind that finger to the sky gesture?I mean it's not the typical tennis player celebration after a win plus it appeared all of a sudden last year.

Viña del Mar Delray Beach Estoril Båstad

Washington = unofficial 5th Slam

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat - Banishing the rust in Brisbane

AO possible path : Haase - Sousa/Smith (WC) - Mayer - Simon/Dolgopolov/Monfils - Del Potro/Cilic - Federer/Tsonga - Novak

1R is dangeours but hopefully should make QFs without too much bother obviously incredibly tough from there but hey Slamray can do it !!

Go Andy!

So very very proud to be a fan of Mr Andy Murray Wimbledon Champion 2013

Double Grand slam champion. Olympic Gold Medalist. Holder of 9 Masters 1000 events # legend
