Re: M.Muzza.M Chat - Panic and Paradise in Paris

Andy has been getting the silent treatment lately, and his chances are being underrated in this tournament. Have to wonder whether any of the top 8 even want to go far here, with how close by WTF is.

Never thought I'd hear myself say this, but a Semi will be perfect for Andy.

So someone recently informed me that my sig was empty. Said I needed a life affirming motivational quote by a positive role model like Einstein or Oscar Wilde...

Great tip to stay fit and mobile: If you run up and down the stairs two steps at a time at least once daily, there will never come a time when you can't do it. Until of course one day you mistime a step, collapse and break all your bones... That would suck. But you had a good run.

I'm hoping for a decent run but given London right next week I wouldn't be surprised if he's not that fussed this week. It's been a long old season.

A long extremely successful season. The irony being he'll probably end the season with no Masters series titles for once. Har. Har. Har-de. Har.

Murray's hair cut is awful. Hopefully it grows out nicely for the WTF final. PLEASE MAKE IT THAT FAR ANDY. If he doesn't get out of group again I'll be disappointed, especially after this year. I don't think anyone's really focusing on paris beyond playing themselves into from for next week.

Too funny!

But I would like it if he would stop this whole "Losing after having match points" thing he's got going lately. It's not cute Andrew!

I'm actually really worried about that. I think from all accounts he didn't give his all in the third, but the game he played serving for it the second was just ridiculous. Like very poor mentality, raging about unforced errors, getting to match point, and then making a string of them. I knew he was going to lose after that game.

I'm somewhat blasé. I had a feeling he would lose this. Still, 3rd defeat in a row where he had one or more MPs. Worrying.

Re: M.Muzza.M Chat - Panic and Paradise in Paris

I'm concerned too.

He was right there, probably at 75% for the first two sets. I mean, a top player, evn if they drop the second set, should come back to win in the third. Andy was just not there in the third set. I wanted him to do well this week.

I'm no Fakervic fan but he needs to save tennis, sadly tree trunk legs will be fresh. Interesting he's never questioned....

I predicted he'd lose to a random player, both as part of a pattern before a big event and also just because of the timing, but I just didn't like what I saw at the end of the second set. Like in the first he had some jitters, but he centered himself and served it out. Here he just started raging preemptively. Not good.

Any word on if Lendl will be with him in London?

I'm more concerned with the battle he lost with his razor than the one with Janowicz.

Yup, he will be there. He's probably there already. I just hope the year is gonna end well for Andy.

On another note, I'm really looking forward to the crowd. I hope it's going to be as patriotic as it was at the Olympics. I'm tired of the booing.
