Ok that's all. I'd better not mention the other spaniards, because their winning streaks suck

''Rankings''

1- Ferrero [16]
2- Bruguera & Emilio Sanchez-V [15]
4- A. Costa [14]
5- Moya, Mantilla, Berasategui & C. Costa [12]
9- Corretja & Clavet [11]
11- Javier Sanchez-V & Martin [8]
13- Robredo & Ballcells [7]
15- Portas [6]

Thankyou

I remember that rip Ferrero went on, too bad he peaked a little soon then injured his groin

I lack direction.

Chocking makes me sad.

Thanks Nacho, an interesting summary.

Corretja has won 16 of his last 17; pity the loss was right in the middle of his run.

Since Portas had to qualify for Hamburg, don't his wins count?

That would be 9 if you counted them.

I lack direction.

Chocking makes me sad.

Roberto Carretero also won 9 matches to qualify and then win the tournament at Hamburg. Amazing for a player whose win/loss record stands at only 23/45 on the main tour over an 8 year period.
