well, I think he would've qualified, but he should be focused in the Futures and try to improve his ranking.

I also think he would have qualified, and would have had a good run, QF or SF, at least. And having good results at prestigious event such as Wimbledon could help him in the future. And he hasn't played on grass at all this year (last year he played two Futures on grass, and had one QF), so it would have been a good practice, too. That being said - I don't understand why he has withdrawn
