Mariano is appealing to the Court of Arbitration - we will know a result in about May this year - all we can do is hope and pray. Thanks for your nice words about him Marat Safinator.

Thank you for your encouraging words which brought a ray of hope that there others aside from those who post here who really support and believe in him. yes, as the others on this thread say we still believe and support Mariano Puerta, and one day, I hope he will be exonerated. As Rosie, pointed out he is appealed the sanction against him. I firmly believe that the sanctions imposed were extremely harsh and unwarrented, and thus, I expect the appeal tribunal to reduce the penalty.

MAY ALL BEINGS BE HAPPY!!

Re: will we ever see him again?

In my fantasy world, I still hope that the Court will absolve him of any guilt, that he will come back in May at the Roland Garros, the Slam that made him famous, and he will win it!
I think that he still has something to show us and the tennis world, and if these are unreal allegations, I have faith that God or a Superior Force will make him justice and will compensate him.
Anyway, i'll be for the first time in my life this year at the RG, and I'll be waiting for him! Vamos Mariano!

Re: will we ever see him again?

Thank god people post here, I thought it was totally dead. Just remember he has many more fans than just the very few on MTF. I really hope that it will be reduced but these people have spent so much time on the verdict and I think it would take something they never knew before to change it. Its a loss to the sport.

Don't despair there is always hope The arbitration court can be fairer than the ITF court as they can go beyond the letter of the law. I will always keep hoping until the end of the process.

Re: will we ever see him again?

Need to bump this thread in regard to Mariano's recent bankrupcy . Hate to see a guy who I feel got such a raw deal [in light of recent doping disclosures of Agassi and Gasquet], now have to endure such a bleak end to a once impressive career. Will he continue to play? I don't think so. Mariano, I hope you have a very loving support system to see you through this and hope you realize you do have fans who miss your game and wish you the best.

Re: will we ever see him again?

can someone translate this please
