Gaudio didn't play last time in Davis Cup because he got injured, and I don't think he's gonna play now cause he hates grass...

Re: Articles & Interviews

I also think Richard is going to get chosen to play. Its going to be his first time. How exciting!!! Going against Marat and Nikolay(tough one).

I'm on Gaudio's side too. I actually don't like Coria. Gaston is my favorite Argentine player.

Richard Gasquet, Andy Roddick, y Rafael Nadal

Carlos Moya, Juan Carlos Ferrero, Tommy Robredo, Mario Ancic, Bob and Mike Bryan, David Ferrer, Marat Safin, Andrew Murray, Edouard Roger-Vasselin, Julien Benneateau, Nicolas Mahut, Eric Chvojka y Feliciano Lopez

Re: Articles & Interviews

then for my gato, i have less worry, watch him play on the court, i feel so enjoyful, he always brings me much happiness and enthusiasm. sometimes his characters and behaviors will remind me of marat and paulo

i think coria has some trouble not only with our gato but also with other agentine players. this year's ARAG world cup, they had so much complain on coria, i felt it is worse, and from the pics taken there, they looked not friendly as germans

oh, it is nothing, as gato said, professional players has few friends in the tennis circle, but he prefers to moya and marat

Re: Articles & Interviews

if he comes to play in Russia I'll have to be torn in two parts. one of them will be cheering for Russia (naturally)
the other one will be completely into Richy)))

Marat >>> all the others

Andy Roddick*Richard Gasquet*Dima Tursunov

Re: Articles & Interviews

after he defeated mario, the report from REUTERS:

{Tenth seed Gasquet, who has never progressed beyond the first round at Queen's before, took a significant pre-Wimbledon scalp to show he can translate his impressive claycourt form on to the slicker surface.

The 18-year-old, who reached the Hamburg Masters final last month, edged the first set against 2004 Wimbledon semi-finalist Ancic.

After a second set lapse Gasquet dominated the decider to set up a quarter-final against either Briton Greg Rusedski or Czech Radek Stepanek. }

Re: Articles & Interviews

The tournament never interviews Richard. It's always just the top players and of course, the Brits.

Maybe that's just because of his bad English...

Re: Articles & Interviews

From Reuters:
SLICK GASQUET

Roddick hopes this week to emulate Lleyton Hewitt and John McEnroe who both won a hat-trick of Stella Artois titles. He will play either French seventh seed Sebastien Grosjean, whom he beat in each of the last two Queen's finals, or American James Blake in the last eight.

Tenth seed Gasquet, who has never progressed beyond the first round at Queen's, took a significant pre-Wimbledon scalp to show he can translate his impressive claycourt form on to the slicker surface.

The 18-year-old, who reached the Hamburg Masters final last month, edged the first set against Ancic.

After a second set lapse Gasquet dominated the decider to set up a quarter-final against fourth-seeded Czech Radek Stepanek who downed Briton Greg Rusedski 6-3 7-6.

"It was hard but I recovered well in the third set," said Gasquet.

This is the only bit of what he said after his match that we're going to know about...
