Re: The Gasket Blowers Chat Thread: Two steps forward, three steps back

Yeah when my friend was wearing them, I was surprised.

Well I'm supposed to wake up early because I have to go to school tomorrow.
One of my classes has a team project and is planned to give students' own lectures. For it's worse, I dont' have a good relationship with one of my members.

What about you Brittany?

Re: The Gasket Blowers Chat Thread: Two steps forward, three steps back

Well actually what you say is sort of true. There are many geeks in my school.

Actually I had a fight with one of my classmates.
I once tried to make up and wanted to act like nothing, but turned out he's such a jerk and pathetic loser.
But I don't mind him, I'm just sincerely pity for him.

I envy you

If you don't mind me asking, what was the fight about? I had a stupid little banter with my mom yesterday and embarrassed my friend.

Re: The Gasket Blowers Chat Thread: Two steps forward, three steps back

You mean you had a little arguement with your mom in front of your friend?

It's a little bit complicated.
First, he a little bit was annoyed by the way I talk. I really talk bluntly. He used to accept it, but he once complained it because he was not in a good mood. that was a start. but it was not a main deal.
Actually there has been a girl whom he likes. ( I know this girl also) They both hang around all the time (it's just not hanging out, they take the same classes together, study together and even stay up all night together. It's been about 2 years now) But everytime he asked her to go out, she declined. But she wants to keep him just as a friend. Well he's kind of timid boy and he thinks only the way he can be with her is be with her that way. So they are still hanging around with each other even though his mind is not the same of hers.
And one time there's a sort of mistake from her and other classmates were joking about it. But he defended her. So I gave him a bitter comment. Then the fight started. Well at that time I realised he's a such a loser. That's why I'm really pity for him. Actually he's not a bad person, but he's a loser. Maybe he thinks the fight between him and me is not related to the girl he likes. But it's obvious when it is looked closer.

Re: The Gasket Blowers Chat Thread: Two steps forward, three steps back

What happened was we were walking out of the restaurant and I was prepared to get inside the car on the right side. But my mom got mad and was like, ''Don't go on that side. Go on the other side. You will hit the car next to you if you open the door on that side.'' So I had to walk to the other side to get in. Then I scoot over to the right side of the car because I want to sit there. But my friend opened the door and was like ''Move over I want to sit there.'' And my mom yelled at me to let my friend sit there. It's so stupid.

I see. Well he shouldn't be mad over a petty thing. But it's not nice to call him a loser. I'm a loser too.

Re: The Gasket Blowers Chat Thread: Two steps forward, three steps back

I think you have something with your mom, and you're not a loser don't be harsh on yourself.

Well I know it's not nice, but it's the best word for him being described.
If I were him, I wouldn't keep chasing or being with her when I got rejected.

I don't. He is obviously content with his Wimbledon win and whatever happens after is just icing on the cake.

Plus I don't think I can watch due to school. Maybe you can upload it if they show it in your country.
