Oh man! Lady luck is on Gasquet's side for sure.

If at first you don't succeed, lower your standards.

Brilliant gamefor 5 all! But the Berdych serve is flawless, I'd like to see his serve stats.

True, but still, spectacular defence on both points to get the winner!

Gasquet is playing too far away from the baseline, that costs him a lot of points.

Even if it does get to a tiebreak, Berdych serve should prove too much. Hope for some second serves.

In this match, I don't think he has a choice. Not many players can overpower Berdy

This is depressing. He's playing great tennis but will probably lose. Just goes to show how much his returning needs work

That is really not the point today, Berdych serves great and hardly makes an error, he is really playing well, and Ricahrd did well to get to the breaker. Allez!

Re: Richard In The Australian Summer 2012- Hopman Cup

Ouch. Well, I don't think the tiebreaker would have gone the other way regardless. Berdych can still lose focus, who knows?

Re: Richard In The Australian Summer 2012- Hopman Cup

Not much to say, a loss of concentration at the start of the breaker, and Berdych run away with it. Will he tank or make an effort?

Re: Richard In The Australian Summer 2012- Hopman Cup

Gasquet put too much spin in his forehand, Berdych can attack half of these balls.
