Re: The "Peter Luczak" Cheering Thread!

Good work Pete. He probably won't be playing too many hardcourt ATP events though, will probably stick to clay challengers which are a bit easier on the body and where he plays his best tennis.

Re: The "Peter Luczak" Cheering Thread!

He has the US Open qualies and then he will play Bucharest. Just needs to make sure he has clear enough buffer so he can take some time off before the end of the season, as he loves being in Melbourne, do the family thing, so it won't compromise his direct entry into the AO.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Pete is seeded third for the US Open qualies and plays Ivan Dodig in the 1st round.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: The "Peter Luczak" Cheering Thread!

Pete got through the 1st match easily enough, will play either Santos or Salamanca.

Pete lost 6-4 7-6, but he will have a shot at the LL.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
