The fact that he went up a game point and then lost a point? total points won can be found on the post match statistics as well as just about any stat anyone would want to know about the match, sometimes theres even match reports.

Maybe you could start a livescoring thread for the Aussie players in the Aussie forum. It would get a bit silly having numerous posts with 0-15, 30-0, 40-15 etc in a player thread but it would be useful to read. You can find break point stats but they don't tell you whether the break points were spread over a series of games or in a couple of games and if it were early in a set or later on in the set. If it is in its own thread those who don't want to read it can avoid it and the player threads won't be overrun by scores.

Baker (USA) - Bedene (SLO) - Bellucci (BRA) - Berta (SWE) - Cuevas (URU) - Domijan (USA) - Ebden (AUS) - Estrella (DOM) - Grigelis (LTU) - Guccione (AUS) - Heliovaara (FIN) - Kavcic (SLO) - King (BAH) - Kontinen (FIN) - Kubler (AUS) - Lajovic (SRB) - Matosevic (AUS) - McGee (IRE) - Millman (AUS) - Mitchell (AUS) - Nielsen (DEN) - Nieminen (FIN) - Paire (FRA) - Udomchoke (THA)

yes thankyou thats exactly what I think, dont want to go back and try and read about carsten and just see a whole page with 15-0 30-0 30-15 40-15 game 1-0, i mean thats just ridiculous.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

its all good hewitt2010. Carsten ended up winning 3-6 6-7 6-2 7-5 9-7! Massive result for him after being down two sets to love. Viktor Troicki or Tommy Robredo up next, Carsten is definitely the underdog but looks like he is playing good so maybe he could sneak a third round appearance.

Awesome result. Showed a lot of fight and composure after blowing all the opportunities in the final set and the second set. Hopefully Troicki and Robredo have a long match.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Troicki beat an injured Robredo in straight sets, though I do think Ball has a great chance of causing another upset. Needs to keep up that awesome serve and give him no looks.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Huge win and well deserved wild card. I think the Davis Cup on clay help him. He's played Troicki once before at the US Open. Lost 7-6 6-0 6-1 but that was in 2008.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Nice to see Carsten has defended a challenger final showing for next week, I think he has a chance against Troicki but unfortunately I don't think he will win but I'd love for Carsten to prove me wrong again.

I think Carsten may be playing doubles with Guccione here as well so perhaps they'll do well together in another Grand Slam.
