If Carsten stays injury-free and mentally strong I have no doubt that the results will come for him. Keep it up.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Carsten beat Crugnola 6-4 6-1 in the QF. Now he will take on Michael Yani in the SF who had a hard-fought win over Kendrick.

Take it Bally.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Carsten beat Yani 6-3 7-5. He will play Ryan Sweeting in the final, I really hope Carsten wins this week. We will have two Aussies win challengers this week if Carsten can pull through tommorow. Plus he will be very close to the top 100 if he wins tommorow. Come on Carsten your so close to a regular spot on the tour!

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Seems like Carsten is in good form this week. It would be nice to see him breakthrough and win the final, I think the last couple of American Challenger finals he has made he has lost to De Heart.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Well done Carsten. Great to see him playing good tennis consistently.

The final will be a tough match but I think Carsten can win. Sweeting is a very good player when he is switched on so Carsten can't afford to play badly.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Argh lost the final 6-4 6-2. Was up 3-0 in the first set and from there on it was all one way traffic. Good week but not the way he would have wanted it to end.

Yeah good week for him, but he has some serious mental issues in finals.

Dissapointing way to end a great week. Still he's edging closer to the top 100 and thats what the goal is for the next month or so.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

That is shocking, He needs to just keep going after he starts to be down. He must have problems when he feels he has just missed a big oppitunity, he played like that against Anddy Roddick in the second round at Brisbane.

Does anyone know where Carsten is heading off next, my guess would be Delray Beach then Indian Wells, Miami then some American challengers?

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

He's pulled out of Memphis qualies. I don't know why, I mean he was in doubles in San Jose but he got beat in the QF so he should have had enough time to get there.

A bit of a shame as he had a good chance of qualifying for a 500 tournament.
