Wonder what is going on here? Not looking good after such an impressive North American season. Hopefully he can regroup before the Australian Summer

Does anyone know what Carsten's plans are. I cant find him on any entry lists so I'm assuming his next tournament is the AO WC Playoff even though he is probably a certainty to get one regardless of his results there.

Baker (USA) - Bedene (SLO) - Bellucci (BRA) - Berta (SWE) - Cuevas (URU) - Domijan (USA) - Ebden (AUS) - Estrella (DOM) - Grigelis (LTU) - Guccione (AUS) - Heliovaara (FIN) - Kavcic (SLO) - King (BAH) - Kontinen (FIN) - Kubler (AUS) - Lajovic (SRB) - Matosevic (AUS) - McGee (IRE) - Millman (AUS) - Mitchell (AUS) - Nielsen (DEN) - Nieminen (FIN) - Paire (FRA) - Udomchoke (THA)

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Carsten has been in shockingly crap form recently. Personally, I dont think hes deserving but its a signal from TA that if u get embarraased and dont fufill your full potential we arent going to do u any more favours.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Was hampened by an injury near the end of the year and he is a Gooch case in that he will play crap and then all of a sudden turn it on. His results were deserving of it though. Highest ranked Aussie outside MD, made an ATP final, Davis Cup player and took advantage of the last Grand Slam wildcard he received. It would have been silly of TA to exclude him for guys who are playing in the futures and lower tier challengers.

Baker (USA) - Bedene (SLO) - Bellucci (BRA) - Berta (SWE) - Cuevas (URU) - Domijan (USA) - Ebden (AUS) - Estrella (DOM) - Grigelis (LTU) - Guccione (AUS) - Heliovaara (FIN) - Kavcic (SLO) - King (BAH) - Kontinen (FIN) - Kubler (AUS) - Lajovic (SRB) - Matosevic (AUS) - McGee (IRE) - Millman (AUS) - Mitchell (AUS) - Nielsen (DEN) - Nieminen (FIN) - Paire (FRA) - Udomchoke (THA)

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

A dominant win over Mischa Zverev. Although it was 7-5 6-1, if Carsten had taken the break point opportunities in the first set it could have been a lot more impressive than it already is. Great way to start the year and now has a second round encounter with Roddick and I think Ball might cause a few troubles if he can believe in himself.

Awesome stuff, maybe he can get a few tips from Looch. I will be at his match tomorrow on center court so hopefully he can put in a good performance.

Re: It's nice to have you Carsten.

Played really well today, especially his serve and volleying skills, often his serves were faster than Roddick's. The guy obviously has potential, but his consistency at lower level tourneys are atrocious.

Yes. Today was the first I had seen him play and I must say I was quite impressed. That second serve is incredible!
