I had no idea of that! Crazy. Only one final too. I suppose he did go for ATP qualifiers rather than Challengers a lot of the time.

Yep. Kyoto 2010 and lost to Sugita. It's interesting how some players take different paths to top 100. Hope he can do well this week.

Re: Matthew Ebden

Just lost to Dino Marcan 6-7 6-3 6-2 in the quarters. Not the greatest of results and vindicates why TA gave the Wildcard to John Millman. Heads to Kun-Ming next week.

I think Matty will receive WC to FO, because he in squad Davis Cup.

Hopefully Matt will make better than the quarters this week. Being a hard court will make it easier for him.

I should say entry list for Roland Garros qualies on icontent. It has all the names. Ebden is there, Millman isn't.

Millman is listed on the "automatic" RG entry list as alternate No.27 but is missing from the RG Qualifying tournament list, which most probably means he did not enter. Ebden is on both lists.
But still premature to assume Mailman has the WC, and now with Ebden ranked higher than Millman, he most probably will get the nod for the WC.
Just have to wait for the official TA announcement - unless anyone has some inside info??

Re: Matthew Ebden

Ebden is gunned down by JP Smith in China after winning the first set 6-3, he loses the next two set 36 46 to bow out.
Not sure he would like that loss to JP.

Barty has done the same as Millman, so I'd back Millman to have the WC. His form has been better as well.

I'd prefer Millman to get the WC but Ebden has DC history.
It will be interesting to see what TA decides.
