Good stuff Johnny. Great for the confidence heading into the December Showdown.

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Really hope he can do well in the playoff

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

John will have the chance to impress AO WC selectors this week when he takes on Top seed and world number 65 Tatsuma Ito in the first round of Yokohama.

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Unfortunately John went down 7-6 in the third against the top seed ito today

Shame, would of been a wide open draw and huge confidence boost but at least he can take away the fact he pushed a top 100 player all the way..

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Unlucky draw for Johnny, still did well to push Ito to the limit.

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Frustrating loss for John, he won 6 more points but sadly not the one that counted.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
