Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Matchu, don't spam his forum about rankings if you are going to post there.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Have I said anything in his forum about rankings yet? no. So why say that?

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Off to Sarajevo now after losing 6-3 6-3 to Robert. Had chances to break halfway through the 2nd failed to do it and then Robert broke next game. Also when Robert served out the match, just hope he gets in directly.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

That's a shame he couldn't capitalise on the opportunities he had to break in the second. I think he should get into Sarajevo once they clear the SE spots.

Well John has entered an event in week 11, he is actually heading back to the futures circuit. A nice future event in France where he is the second highest entrant that provides hospitality will be John's next adventure after Bosnia. He did end up getting into Sarajevo and has drawn another qualifier. Dimitrov awaits him in the second round presuming Grigor does indeed get through. Then it is back to the challenger tour in the UK. After that there is only clay tournaments in Europe for two weeks so that will be good for John's shins if he does enter.

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Got a couple more hardcourt events, then back on the clay.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Herbert is a young talented player capable of stringing together some good results. It was always going to be a tough match for John.

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Lost in the first round to Ervin Eleskovic 46 63 67(0). Back on the clay next week in the St Brieuc Challenger. Hopefully he can get out of this little form slump he has been in.

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

John is playing in France this week. Takes on Alexander Flock from Germany in the first round. Then either 8th seed David Guez or Pavol Cervanek in the second round hope he can get a few wins here.
