The Brisbane International had a direct entry cut-off of No.75 in 2016 and Millman might not know until late this month if his ranking is high enough to make him a direct entry.
Er...Brisbane is probably going to be even stronger in 2017 than 2016, and because he's not playing again this year John's ranking has dropped to 86 live. He'll breeze a WC though, and it will be nice for him to play his home tournament again.
