Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

John is playing Ostrava and San Remo before RG qualies. He will arrive at Ostrava on Sunday, so I don't expect much there as he is coming from New York.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Johnny is playing Menendez today, don't expect him to win to be honest.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

John went down 63 63. Was leading 30 in the second set. His serve seemed to be a bit of a problem. Only held once in each set. Good luck at your next tournament John.

The Mailman will be heading to the Cremona challenger next week and is 8th on the alternate list for RG qualies, hopefully he can sneak in the draw.

If he makes RG then he won't play Cremona.

Hopefully he can get up tonight in round one....not expecting much given the patchy form in the lead up, a second round encounter with daniel would be pretty tough!!

Doesn't mean much in the context of John playing against Zampieri.

Good come back at the moment he was down a break about 2 or 3 love down then won the first set 7-5. Now is up 1-0 and 0-15 in the second set he isn't serving.

Re: John "the Mailman" Millman Cheering Thread

Yeah Zampieri also had a couple of set points. The telling factor was the BP conversion. 2 out of 3 for John and 1 out of 7 for Zampieri. Well done John and he is up a break in the second. I wonder if Zampieri will hang in there after blowing away the first set.

Also worth noting Witten took the first set off Daniel.
