Re: The Mighty MM

Marinko will not get the wild card for the French. It will go to either Klein or Tomic. As for the Davis Cup...ditto sadly as above

Re: The Mighty MM

I wouldn't rule MM out of Davis Cup contention. If the tie is played in Chennai Hewitt and Guccione won't play and there may be a few others who adopt the same approach. Without Hewitt and Gooch though the singles spots would be fought out between him, Tomic, Ball, Luczak, Klein, Smeets, Groth etc. As for Luczak I would imagine he might be the same as Hewitt and not go because of his family. If MM could string some good results together he might be in line for a reserve singles spot and the win against Devvarman will only help his cause.

Baker (USA) - Bedene (SLO) - Bellucci (BRA) - Berta (SWE) - Cuevas (URU) - Domijan (USA) - Ebden (AUS) - Estrella (DOM) - Grigelis (LTU) - Guccione (AUS) - Heliovaara (FIN) - Kavcic (SLO) - King (BAH) - Kontinen (FIN) - Kubler (AUS) - Lajovic (SRB) - Matosevic (AUS) - McGee (IRE) - Millman (AUS) - Mitchell (AUS) - Nielsen (DEN) - Nieminen (FIN) - Paire (FRA) - Udomchoke (THA)

No need to worry about Davis Cup anymore! Representing your country is a great honour but not at the risk of your life!

Do you not read newspapers watch TV news? Why do you think the Indian Premier League was moves to South Africa. Plus the tie is scheduled two days away from the provincial elections....have you seen these counties during an election?

Re: The Mighty MM

This is probably not the best thread to discuss it as it isn't really related to MM but why isn't TA sending a team? Sure Hewitt, Gooch and probably Luczak don't want to go but surely they could find four players willing to take the risk and be able to have said that they have played Davis Cup.

Baker (USA) - Bedene (SLO) - Bellucci (BRA) - Berta (SWE) - Cuevas (URU) - Domijan (USA) - Ebden (AUS) - Estrella (DOM) - Grigelis (LTU) - Guccione (AUS) - Heliovaara (FIN) - Kavcic (SLO) - King (BAH) - Kontinen (FIN) - Kubler (AUS) - Lajovic (SRB) - Matosevic (AUS) - McGee (IRE) - Millman (AUS) - Mitchell (AUS) - Nielsen (DEN) - Nieminen (FIN) - Paire (FRA) - Udomchoke (THA)

Re: The Mighty MM

MM has a big chance to win his first round against Goodall in Israel. Goodall was hammered by Lu last week. If he were to win he would play either Elgin or Evans in the second round.

Baker (USA) - Bedene (SLO) - Bellucci (BRA) - Berta (SWE) - Cuevas (URU) - Domijan (USA) - Ebden (AUS) - Estrella (DOM) - Grigelis (LTU) - Guccione (AUS) - Heliovaara (FIN) - Kavcic (SLO) - King (BAH) - Kontinen (FIN) - Kubler (AUS) - Lajovic (SRB) - Matosevic (AUS) - McGee (IRE) - Millman (AUS) - Mitchell (AUS) - Nielsen (DEN) - Nieminen (FIN) - Paire (FRA) - Udomchoke (THA)

Re: The Mighty MM

Good luck Marinks. Should be ablle to score a good win here and advance to the last 16 of 100k. Great to seeing you leave the Qld satellites way behind.

Re: The Mighty MM

Marinko beat Evans 6/4 6/2 and is now in to the quarters to play Harel Levy. Get another win and make the semis!
