Re: Jason Kubler Cheering Thread

Seemed like an interesting match from the live scoring. Granollers won the first set 6-0 and was then 4-2 up before Jason went on a run to win the second set 6-4 and then it was all one way traffic for Granollers in the third.

Does anyone know why he was a late withdrawal from a Chilean Future this week?

Jason is playing in the North Shore Open which is a Gold AMT Tournament on synthetic grass. His first match isn't until Friday and if the draw goes according to rankings he will face Robin Pfister in the second round, Simon Ede in the Quarters and Dane Propoggia in the semis. The top half contains players such as Feeney, Andrijic, Lindahl and Wagland. He will also play doubles with Jordan Thompson.

Re: Jason Kubler Cheering Thread

I guess he did what was expected of him. He isn't entered for the Qualifying at the Australian Open so based on that it looks like he won't be playing as he would have had a chance of getting into the Qualies draw without a WC.

Baker (USA) - Bedene (SLO) - Bellucci (BRA) - Berta (SWE) - Cuevas (URU) - Domijan (USA) - Ebden (AUS) - Estrella (DOM) - Grigelis (LTU) - Guccione (AUS) - Heliovaara (FIN) - Kavcic (SLO) - King (BAH) - Kontinen (FIN) - Kubler (AUS) - Lajovic (SRB) - Matosevic (AUS) - McGee (IRE) - Millman (AUS) - Mitchell (AUS) - Nielsen (DEN) - Nieminen (FIN) - Paire (FRA) - Udomchoke (THA)

Re: Jason Kubler Cheering Thread

i think i saw him on an entry list for a futures tournament in the USA either the week before the Aus Open or while it's on... so he might be doing something similar to what he did at the start of this year with some events over there

Re: Jason Kubler Cheering Thread

Worrying signs for Kubler as he falls 6-0 6-2 to Benjamin Balleret in a U.S. clay futures after qualifying. Granted Balleret is no slouch but not a pretty scoreline.
