Re: A week off, then the Canadian Masters hey.

Actually, no.... because Andy pulled out, Robby was put in his place and is the 17th seed and he has Kevin Kim, then most likely Verdasco, then most likely James. and he and James are playing doubles together too.

good luck Robby

That's a bit of a relief... even though that puts him in Nadal's quarter of the draw.

Go get 'em, Robby!

Did anyone see the match w/Kim today? How did Robby win the 1st set and then manage to lose the next two?!

omg, Robby, why are you losing to Kim? :sobbing When are you going to get your game back?

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: A week off, then the Canadian Masters hey.

They just showed parts, but from what the commentators said, Kim was going for too much early on but then played it safer and he just hit deep, pushing Robby behind the baseline and Robby proceeded to self-destruct. Kim is obviously in pretty good form, pushing James to 3 and then qualifying for Toronto but it looks like Robby just fell into his trap and made too many mistakes

I was following the live scoring and, if I remember correctly, Robby had a break opportunity at 5-5 in the 2nd but failed to convert... and then lost his serve to lose the set.

What is it going to take for this boy to snap out of his funk?

Dammit Robert!!!!

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Hopefully he'll have better results in doubles this week with Blake.

Re: A week off, then the Canadian Masters hey.

Barring any changes, looks like Robby's got Paul-Henri Mathieu in the first round in Cincy.

If all goes well (light a candle, say a prayer), next up would be Grosjean or Tursunov... then Federer in R3.
